Terms of Sales

Article 1: Purpose

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter the "CGV") are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale and online sale of products offered by the company FransOrienT, limited liability company with capital of 8,000 euros, registered in the Paris trade and companies register under number 353 471 725, whose head office is located at 19 rue Falguière, 75015 PARIS, FRANCE, on the website https:/ /www.fransorient.com.

Article 2: Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products made by FransOrienT on the website https://www.fransorient.com/catalogue.html.fr, to adult individuals.

Article 3: Price

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC) on the website https://www.fransorient.com/catalogue.html.fr.

Article 4: Order

For software (online consultation) the Customer must place his order on the website https://www.fransorient.com/catalogue.html.fr.

FransOrienT undertakes to validate the order to the Customer by email within 24 hours following validation of their registration.

The subscription is valid for one full year, from the date of registration, and cannot be canceled. It is linked to an email address and protected by a password. It gives you unlimited access to consultation, via the internet, to the software you have chosen.

For books, the Customer must contact a bookseller. Unless there is a manufacturing defect, books sold are neither returned nor exchanged.

For applications, the Customer must order and pay through Google Play or Apple Play.

Article 5: Payment

For software, the price of the order is payable by credit card. The customer is put in direct contact with STRIPE. After recording the order, it is directed to STRIPE's secure payment server duly authorized for this purpose with which it communicates directly. The information provided, in particular the bank card number, is transmitted in secure form (S.S.L. encryption). They will only be known to STRIPE which only communicates to FransOrienT an agreement and validation of the order.

Article 6: Intellectual property

FransOrienTest holder of all intellectual property rights on the products and the website https://www.fransorient.com. The Customer undertakes not to reproduce, copy or distribute the products and the website https://www.fransorient.com without the express written authorization of FransOrienT.

Article 7: Protection of personal data

No banking data is collected by FransOrienT. Only the Customer's email address, linked to consultation of the software, is kept by FransOrienT for the duration of the subscription.
In accordance with the provisions of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended, the user of the site https://www.fransorient.com has the right to access, modify and delete the information collected. To exercise this right, send a message to the following address : fransorient.memento@orange.fr

Article 8: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Article 9: Modification of the General Conditions

FransOrienT reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will be applicable to orders placed from the date of their publication on the website https://www.fransorient.com
